I have been meaning to try this place for a while but hadn't really gotten the chance to until today. I was in the area doing some errands around lunch time and decided that today was the day I was going to check this place out. When I got there the place had quite a few people, luckily there was some parking available. I walked up and checked out the menu, which has quite a few different options. I settled on a very simple American cheesesteak with onions. The food came out super fast and the service was friendly. Just smelling it in my car I knew it was going to be good. It made it hard to want to drive back home before diving into it. The bread for the cheesesteak was soft and flavorful and the meat was tender and perfectly cooked with the onions and the cheese added a nice balance to it. It was a really tasty sandwich. Next time I want to try more of their menu, but today was just something quick and easy. It's a cool spot that is open 24/7 that has good food. The prices are more than you would pay at chain places but given it's a small business and that their quality it better I didn't mind the higher prices. Going there with a group might be tough because the seating outside is limited and also just high tables. But for someone looking for a good cheesesteak, this place is definitely better than most I have had in Vegas.

Pop's Philly Steaks is a Las Vegas institution! They have amazing Philly steak sandwiches! They also have great sides - I like their fried Zucchini but love their fried mushrooms! The parking lot is small but the workers are great! They have some outside seating, but I usually get it to go. Definitely a must try!

Service - Quick (the cashier lady was hella grumpy though ) Food - One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. The beef was soft and juicy and the bread wasn't stale. I feel like they could have added more peppers and mushrooms, but it was still very flavorful in the end. The parking is kinda cramped, but if you go early enough it should be fine. There wasn't anybody eating there, but plenty of people were doing take out and grubbing in their cars.

Got the mushroom Philly Togo!! I love sandwiches and this one really came through well.. The wrapping and service was nice and warm to keep the insulation sealed Juicy meaty and cheesy in all the right places Will have to check out the dine in options ambiance In the future for it will be so worth it to eat it even hotter and fresher.

If you're looking for late-night food in Vegas that isn't pizza or tacos, this spot is worth checking out. It's a bit far off the Strip and in a rough area so keep that in mind when planning your visit. Know what you want when you get to the window, the person taking our order was a bit annoyed with us. Also, the seating area is outside so it can be a bit cold at night. We tried two different sandwiches and the chili cheese pastrami fries. The sandwiches were decent, could have used a bit more salt, and kind of skimped the onions and mushrooms. Overall, still a solid choice. The chili cheese pastrami fries were amazing, and the cheese whiz was fantastic. I'm definitely trying that on a sandwich next time! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving it a try.

I am still craving another cheessteak from Pops!! I luckily stumbled across this place as i was driving down the road. Staff are all really friendly. They have a nice variety of different styles. Everything is made fresh to order. Both sandwiches we tried were absolutely delicious. A must try if you're ever in the area. I know I'll be back!

Pretty good! This place has been around longer than me. I love the outdoor seating and the quick casual vibe here with the fresh smell of grilled meat and onions on the air. I got the cheese whiz cheese steak and it was yummy. Not too salty or oily. It was juicy and light tasting. I would visit again

Local.Cheesesteak. This is another local hidden gem that focuses on cheesesteaks. This place is open late night that will cure and fulfill that late night craving for some decent food. The cheesesteak could easily feed two people but if you are getting one you might as well enjoy the whole freaking sandwhich because once you bit into this deliciousness you aren't going to want to share. Both sandwhiches we had had grilled onions and were on point. Get what you want on it and you can't go wrong. We had the basic fries, and they were basic, what I would recommend is a side of cheese whiz and that is amazing. In my opinion the fries are overpriced for what get. You can get to go or sit outside.
